Job Title: Accountant

Location: Dar es Salaam

Education & Qualifications:

·       Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional certification is required.

·       Minimum 5-7 years of progression accounting experience, with at least 2 years in senior accounting.

·       Experience in logistics/ supply chain industry is highly desirable.

·       Proficiency in accounting software (eg. SAP, Oracle, Quickbooks)

·       Advanced excel skills for financial modelling and analysis.

·       Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and Tax regulations.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present financial reporting and analysis.

·       High level of accuracy and attention to details in financial reporting and analysis.

·       Proven ability to lead and develop a team with strong interpersonal and management skills.

·       Demonstrate commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality in handling finance=ial information

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
