Location: Dar es Salaam #SUMET #FMCG

Responsibilities
1. Manage all accounting transactions
2. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
3. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
4. Ensure timely bank payments
5. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
6. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
7. Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
8. Audit financial transactions and documents

Qualifications
i. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the ii. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
iii. Hands-on experience with accounting software like Odoo
iv. Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
v. Experience with general ledger functions
vi. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
vii. BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
