COUNTRY FINANCE MANAGER

The candidate will provide strategic financial leadership at country level, ensuring strong financial control, statutory compliance, accurate reporting, and effective financial planning, while partnering with operations and management to support sustainable growth and alignment with group policies and governance standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the country finance function with strong control and governance
• Partner with management on budgeting, forecasting, and performance
• Oversee accounting, reporting, consolidation, and audits
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modelling
• Manage cash flow, treasury, working capital, and forex
• Ensure tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance
• Enforce internal controls, risk management, and audit closure
• Oversee payroll, staff costs, and HR financial support
• Support operations through costing, pricing, capex, and optimisation

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 8–10 years’ senior-level finance experience
• Strong IFRS and Tanzanian tax knowledge, with ERP (Sage X3 or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
