IT System Support Engineer – Level II (1 Position)
Join our Technical Team.
Role Summary
Responsible for maintaining customer IT environments including hardware, software, networks, storage, and security systems.
Ensures smooth operations through installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Implement & improve IT infrastructure solutions
Install/configure routers, switches, servers, firewalls, AD, DNS/DHCP
Monitor & troubleshoot LAN/WAN, systems & end-user devices
Perform upgrades, preventive maintenance & firmware updates
Support users with hardware/software installations & connectivity
Ensure Office 365, antivirus & backups are functional
Handle storage systems (SAN), virtualization & backup technologies
Provide incident support, escalate issues & deliver weekly/monthly reports
Qualifications
Degree/Advanced Diploma in IT
3–5+ years IT industry experience
Strong LAN/WAN, networking & troubleshooting skills
Experience with desktops, laptops, servers & storage
Certifications: ITIL, MCSA, CCNA (added advantage)
Excellent communication, analytical skills & teamwork mindset
