Industry: banking

Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field

Experience: – 3 – 5+ years of experience in management, leadership role within retail banking

• Proven experience in sales, customer service and people management

Job Responsibilities
• Recruit, train and monitor branch staff to ensure high performance and a motive workforce
• Set and monitor performance objectives and provide regular feedback
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure
